The Cutest Summer Dress from Walmart

How cute is this V-neck tiered seersucker dress from Walmart? It is very lightweight and perfect for summer. I paired it with some espadrille wedge sandals and gold jewelry. Comes in 3 other colors. This one is a very light blue color almost looks white. Would be a perfect dress for a bride or even a baby shower dress. I'm wearing a medium and I probably could have sized down to a small.
